Cookie Notice

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. They allow the website to remember information about your visit, such as whether you are signed in.

2. The cookies TableServe uses

TableServe uses only essential cookies. We do not use any advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or analytics cookies that profile you.

Session cookie (staff portals)

When you sign in as a restaurant owner, waiter, or kitchen staff member, we set a session cookie that keeps you signed in across page loads. The cookie is signed and encrypted, contains no personal information beyond a session identifier and your role, and expires after 30 days of inactivity.

Admin session cookie

An equivalent cookie is set when the platform operator signs in to the internal admin portal. This cookie is not visible to restaurants or their customers.

Customer ordering surface

The customer ordering page (accessed by scanning a QR code at a table) does notset any cookies. Your cart and order are held in your browser's memory only and are cleared when you close the tab.

3. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services, which may set their own cookies when they handle requests directly:

• Vercel (application hosting) — may set a short-lived cookie used for traffic routing and DDoS prevention.
• Cloudflare (DNS and security) — does not set cookies on our domain unless the proxy mode is enabled, which it is not.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising networks, or any other tracking services.

4. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you block our session cookie, you will not be able to stay signed in to the staff portals — you would have to sign in again on each page load. Blocking cookies does not affect the customer ordering surface, since it does not use cookies.
